Attention to detail?

1st March 2011 | I got the following email yesterday and after reading it twice it got me wondering. I really wondered if anyone in the Woolworths team proofed the email before it went out to all their supposed “important customers”. I mean if we really were that important surely Woolies would have taken the time to make sure that their products are beauty products and not beaty products. I appreciate that mistakes happen, and I’m the first to be forgiving when stuff likes this happens, but it makes it harder to accept from our beloved Woolies when we use them as the benchmark for our staff and how we should be in the detail when dealing with our customers.

We’re sure the team at Woolworths will get it right next time!
