The Ballito Magazines Best of the Best competition, in partnership with Enterprise iLembe, is in full swing and nominated businesses are notching up customer votes but the hundreds on a day to day basis. The competition was created by The Ballito Magazine to celebrate and reward businesses that apply themselves in the areas of customer service and service excellence.
The competition saw nominations for businesses take place in the month of July, in 9 different categories. Every business nominated was required to complete a Service Excellence survey in which aspects of service strategy, training, customer feedback monitoring and commitment to service excellence were measured. Once completed the competition launched the voting phase in which local readers can vote for the businesses they believe are the best in their respective categories.
Enterprise iLembe is an Economic Development Agency of the iLembe District Municipality mandated to drive economic development and promote trade and investment in the region and as the competitions main partner, remains committed to service excellence in the broader community. Enterprise iLembe believes the competition will make sure businesses strive toward achieving high levels of customer service and then go on to maintain the public’s interest and support even after the award winners have been announced.
