31 March 2011: Ballito’s five star eco-luxury boutique hotel, Hotel Izulu, part of the ‘Best of KZN Collection’, has created yet another culinary experience especially for ladies, aptly called the Ladies Night Chef’s Table’ available during the months of April and May 2011. Created by the Izulu’s Executive Chef, Guy Gorrie, this unique new dining experience affords ladies dining with ladies the opportunity to indulge on a decadent four course menu at the cost of R200.00 per person in the Hotel’s newly refurbished, Gigi’s Brasserie. The Ladies Night Chef’s Table consists of a sumptuous menu – for the starter, tomato and basil broth, followed by Vodka parsley and lemon risotto as well as poached Norwegian salmon, prawn sauce and fresh greens. The Grande Finale consists of a decadent mouse trio of dark and white chocolate and Rooibos tea. As part of the evening indulgence, guests dining on this menu will receive a luxurious gift from the Hotel’s award-winning Impilo Spa.In order for ladies to fully enjoy the evening, taxi’s can be arranged upon request to escort them home.
