South Africa’s most electric night event, the Durban Neon Run, powered by 5FM – where participants run, walk, cycle or skate a 5km route at night covered in neon accessories and body paint before partying the night away – takes place at Kings Park Stadium in Durban on Saturday, August 30.
It is with much joy that we announce that our Ashton family continues to grow. At the start of 2015, we will begin the footprint to grow out The Grace Wing. The Grace Wing is the specialised wing of the Ashlings Early Learning Centre catering for students on the autism spectrum. Two small classes will initially be accommodated in a beautiful setting overlooking the Ashlings Early Learning Centre. As the need grows and as Ashton acquires more land, these classes will be expanded to a new facility.

Casual Day’s ambassadors Kashveera Chanderjith and Nicole Laxton celebrated the beginning of Women’s Month by visiting the Sunshine Association Early Learning Centre for children with disabilities in Elsburg, Germiston. Amongst other activities, they handed out toys to promote find motor co-ordination.
The wait is finally over; tickets for the 2014 Ballito Street Heroes went on sale on Friday, 1 August 2014. This year’s event, taking place from 13 - 14 September, is set to once again light up Ballito with great street racing action, coupled with two days of petrol head euphoria.

In November 2013, God gave me a vision of people with drug addiction problems and children suffering from emotional and physical abuse, crying out for help and with nowhere to go. These people were valuable people yet Society had judged them and cast them out. The vision came about as I was praying and asking God what I could give back into my community and not just benefit from where I live? Reaping without sowing will end in no further crop being harvested.
